Meet Anaiya. She is the most adorable young women who at 2 years old, discovered her gift of floristry!

Anaiya came to me one day in May, during my favourite time of year (peony season), and asked if she could cut all the peonies to bless others with bouquets. Cringing at her request to giveaway my prized peonies to random strangers, her endearing smile, twinkling eyes and genuine desire could not be denied. So together, we clipped all my peonies, added greenery and other bits we found around the garden and opened a stand. Anaiya even asked to type out a sign to post outside so people knew why she made the flowers.
She is now heading into her 3rd season of her "Blessing Booth", this idea was born straight from her 3 year old heart.
We are today still giving away flowers to random people to share the message of “You are loved”. Anaiya has now made well over 125 bouquets and arrangements. We have had many supporters during this time, helping her champion her cause, whom have either donated flowers or shared her stories. We are so grateful to Floral Support, The Growing Kindness Project and Central Community Church as well as her Grandparents and Aunties for sharing the bounty of their gardens to help her build her bouquets.
Each year her vision grows and we included Christmas wreaths this past winter. While most of her creations are given as gifts, any money from sales will go toward her goal of donating a portion of the proceeds to a local charity.
As a parent, watching my daughter come to life with the touch of flowers, is truly amazing. To be asked to host a Pop Up at The Passionate Home is truly humbling. While she may not understand the gravity of this gesture, her Mom and Dad do. Thank you so much
