Be inspired by this front door painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™ in Tilton.

Below, this minimal Scandi room has been painted in Wall Paint by Annie Sloan in Duck Egg Blue (bottom half) and Old White (top half). The floorboards have been given a wash of Chalk Paint™ in Old White and finished with Chalk Paint™ Lacquer. The cabinet was given a thick textured coat of Chalk Paint™ in Duck Egg Blue. Once dry a second coat of Chalk Paint™ in a mix of Duck Egg Blue and Old White was applied. Once dry the piece was waxed with Clear Chalk Paint™ Wax, then sanded to reveal the darker Duck Egg Blue underneath. A final coat of Clear Chalk Paint™ Wax protects the finish.

The pinecones have been painted in a palette of Duck Egg Blue, Old White and Scandinavian Pink. Annie slightly diluted the paint for ease of application.

The wreaths have been made of woven twigs, twisted and intertwined so they hold a circular shape. Annie has used a damp cloth to gently remove paint from edges to give that rustic Scandinavian touch.
