For the Love of Neutrals!

Neutral Colours. In the context of interior design, neutral means without colour. Neutrals such as beige, ivory, taupe, black, gray and shades of white appear to be without colour.

If you are going for an all-neutral look, layer different hues of the same color for a classy and sophisticated look. Follow the suggestions of paint chip families to choose colors that are harmonious.

Use textures, fabrics, and shapes to keep a room dynamic.

Vary the shades of a similar color throughout a room, and use pattern to keep the eye moving throughout the space.

Another great way to add inviting warmth to the neutral color palette is through the use of wood in different finishes that lend contrast to the space both visually and texturally.
