Day 3 | Chairs for Charity with...

We have been bouncing with excitement the last few weeks just waiting until we can tell you who is participating in Chairs for Charity this year.... ANNIE SLOAN is sponsoring a chair! Yes, THE Annie Sloan, creator of Chalk Paint™ decorative paint.

We've been conversing back and forth with Annie; she's picked the chair, the paint colour and the fabric and we're putting in the elbow grease. Here's a look at her chair before anything has been done - just a frame and springs.

We are now part way through the transformation. It has a coat of paint and you can see the fabric that we'll be upholstering it with.

We can't show you the finished product yet - but if you visit our booth at the Vancouver Home & Design Show where Annie is a featured speaker, we will have the chair on display for you to check out prior to the auction event on October 24th.

Remember to invite your friends and family as all funds raised will be donated to the Langley Christmas Bureau.
